do not give refunds, only even exchanges.
We as an Online-shopping store want our customers
to be satisfied. We are committed in providing the
best service in shipping your purchases. We pack
your orders with the intention to avoid spoilage
and other avoidable accidents.
Please note that all human and synthetic hair is
non-exchangeable, due to hygiene guidelines. However,
if Ethnicsoul.com made an error in color, length,
or style, we will gladly exchange the item only
in its original condition, unopened, or in new condition
with original packaging with all its tags, net,
labels attached.
In regards to hair products exchange, you can exchange
your unused hair products for another product; please
keep in mind your old exchange must equal your new
exchange. Please indicate on your exchange form
the appropriate information to help complete the
transaction.
All exchanges must be Return within 7-business day
of receipt, unused, in it original package, and
all its content. UNOPENED MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED
FOR AN EVEN EXCHANGE. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
If a product was sent to you in error, or if the
item is defective or damaged, we will replace the
item 7 to 14 business days. Please E-mail us at
exchanges@ethnicsoul.com
to complete the transaction.
Please wrap your exchanged package securely, along
with your exchange form and send it to the address
listed below. For your protection, we recommend that
you use via Parcel Post Insured or UPS for shipment.
